Last updated: April 3, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Voxum Software Technology - FZCO (“Voxum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in IFZA Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License No. 79762), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website voxum.net. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Our website is a marketing landing page for the Voxum mobile application. The mobile app itself does not use cookies.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit them. They help website operators understand how visitors use their site. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage (localStorage) to remember your preferences.

Cookies can be “first-party” (set by the website you are visiting) or “third-party” (set by another organization). They can be “session” cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (remaining on your device for a set period or until you delete them).

2. Cookies and Technologies We Use

We use a minimal set of technologies on our website. The table below lists every cookie and storage mechanism in use.

We do not use any advertising, marketing, social media, or functional cookies. We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any other tracking technologies beyond what is listed above.

3. Cookie Categories

Strictly Necessary. These technologies are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off. On our website, the only strictly necessary storage is your consent preference. These do not require your consent.

Analytics. These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting aggregate, pseudonymous information. We use this data solely to improve our website. Analytics cookies are set only after you provide consent.

4. How We Use Collected Data

Google Analytics 4 collects the following types of information through cookies: device type and browser, approximate geographic location (city-level, derived from IP address), pages visited and navigation patterns, session duration and engagement time, traffic source, and browser language preference.

Google Analytics does not store your IP address. IP addresses are used momentarily at collection time to determine approximate location, then immediately discarded. The data does not include your name, email address, or any directly identifying information.

We use this data exclusively in aggregate form to understand overall website traffic patterns and improve our website. We do not use it for advertising, user profiling, automated decision-making, or cross-site tracking.

5. Your Consent and How to Manage Cookies

When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner. Analytics cookies are not set unless you actively click “Accept.” If you click “Decline” or close the banner without making a choice, no analytics cookies are placed on your device.

Changing your mind. You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in our website footer. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 to ensure that our analytics implementation respects your choice.

6. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find these options under “Settings,” “Preferences,” or “Privacy.”

7. Third-Party Data Processing

The only third party that receives data through our cookies is Google LLC, which provides Google Analytics 4. Google processes this data on our behalf as a data processor under our Data Processing Agreement.

We have configured Google Analytics so that data sharing with other Google products is disabled.
