The Service provides algorithmically generated trading recommendations, analytics, educational materials, a built-in trading journal, position tracking and customization features, and risk management tools related to financial markets, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange (forex), commodities, metals, and other tradable instruments (collectively, “Financial Instruments”). All information, recommendations, analyses, statistics, and content provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice.
We are not financial advisors, investment advisors, brokers, dealers, or registered investment professionals. We do not offer personalized recommendations tailored to your individual financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or personal circumstances. You should not interpret any information provided by the Service as a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any Financial Instrument.

(a) The profitability or success of any trading strategy or recommendation provided through the Service;
(b) The accuracy of historical performance data, backtesting results, or statistical metrics displayed in the Service;
(c) The future performance of any Financial Instrument, trading strategy, or algorithmic model;
(d) Your ability to achieve any specific financial outcome, return on investment, or trading result through use of the Service.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical data, backtesting results, and simulated trading performance do not guarantee that similar results will occur in live trading conditions. Market conditions, liquidity, volatility, slippage, and other factors can cause actual trading results to differ materially from historical or simulated performance.
Trading Financial Instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. You acknowledge and understand that:
(a) Trading carries a high level of risk to your capital, and you may lose some or all of your invested funds;

You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) You are solely and exclusively responsible for all trading decisions and actions you take based on information or recommendations obtained through the Service;
(b) All trading decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk, and we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, your trading activities;
(c) You will conduct your own independent analysis, research, and due diligence before making any trading decision;
(d) You will carefully evaluate your financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, and level of experience before engaging in trading;
(e) You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules governing your trading activities in your jurisdiction;
(f) You will not rely solely on information provided by the Service when making trading decisions.
The Company is developing artificial intelligence and machine learning technology (“AI Scoring” or “AI Validation”) as a planned supplementary analytical layer. This feature is not yet available and is not included in any current version of the Service or subscription tier. When launched, AI Scoring will be used solely to validate, confirm, or reject trading setups that have been independently generated by the Service’s algorithmic strategies or by user-created custom strategies through the Strategy Constructor. AI Scoring will not independently generate, originate, or create trading signals, recommendations, or setups. It will function exclusively as an additional filter that assigns a confidence score to existing setups based on historical pattern recognition.
When AI Scoring becomes available, you should understand that:
(a) AI Scoring will be based on a neural network model trained on historical market data and past strategy performance, and such model may contain biases, errors, inaccuracies, or limitations inherent in machine learning systems;
(b) A confidence score assigned by the AI model will not constitute a prediction, guarantee, or assurance of any particular trading outcome, and a high confidence score will not mean that a trade will be profitable;
(c) AI models are trained on historical data and may not accurately reflect current or future market conditions, structural changes, or unprecedented market events;
(d) The AI model may produce false positives (incorrectly confirming an unprofitable setup) or false negatives (incorrectly rejecting a profitable setup), and neither outcome will create any liability on the part of the Company;
(e) AI Scoring will be provided as an optional feature and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading decision;
(f) The Company may modify, retrain, update, disable, or discontinue the AI Scoring feature at any time without prior notice;
(g) You should always conduct your own independent analysis and exercise your own judgment when making trading decisions, regardless of any AI confidence score.
No current subscription tier provides or promises access to AI functionality. The Company will update these documents when AI features become available.
The Service includes a feature known as the “Strategy Constructor” that enables users to create, configure, and deploy custom trading strategies by selecting and combining predefined analytical building blocks, including but not limited to point-of-interest zone types, entry confirmation signals, stop loss calculation methods, take profit calculation methods, position management rules, risk parameters, session filters, and other configurable parameters (collectively, “Custom Strategies”).
You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Custom Strategies are created entirely by you based on your own selections, configurations, and preferences within the Strategy Constructor interface. The Company does not design, recommend, endorse, approve, review, audit, or validate any Custom Strategy created by any user;
(b) The Company provides the Strategy Constructor solely as a tool that enables you to express and implement your own trading ideas and hypotheses. The availability of specific building blocks, parameters, or configuration options within the Strategy Constructor does not constitute a recommendation to use any particular combination thereof;
(c) You are solely and exclusively responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and performance of any Custom Strategy you create, and for all trading decisions made based on signals, setups, or recommendations generated by your Custom Strategies;
(d) The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the profitability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any Custom Strategy or any signal, setup, or recommendation generated by a Custom Strategy;
(e) Custom Strategies operate based on algorithmic rules applied to historical and real-time market data, and market conditions may change in ways that render any Custom Strategy unprofitable, ineffective, or unsuitable;
(f) The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or adverse consequences resulting from the use of, reliance on, or performance of any Custom Strategy, regardless of whether such Custom Strategy was created by you or shared with you by any other user or third party;
(g) You should thoroughly test and evaluate any Custom Strategy before relying on it for live trading decisions, and you should monitor the ongoing performance of your Custom Strategies and adjust or discontinue them as market conditions change.
The Service may include backtesting functionality that allows users to evaluate trading strategies against historical market data (“Backtesting”). You acknowledge and understand that:
(a) Backtesting results are based entirely on historical data and represent simulated, hypothetical performance that did not actually occur in real-time market conditions;
(b) Past performance, whether actual or simulated through backtesting, is not indicative of future results. There is no guarantee that a strategy that performed well in backtesting will achieve similar or positive results in live trading;
(c) Backtesting results do not account for all factors that affect real-world trading, including but not limited to slippage, transaction costs, exchange fees, spreads, market liquidity, order execution delays, market impact, emotional and psychological factors, and changes in market microstructure;
(d) Historical market data used in backtesting may contain errors, gaps, inaccuracies, or may not reflect the actual conditions that existed at the time, including bid-ask spreads, available liquidity, and order book depth;
(e) Backtesting results may be subject to survivorship bias, look-ahead bias, overfitting to historical data, and other statistical biases that can cause simulated results to appear more favorable than actual results would be;
(f) The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of backtesting results, and expressly disclaims all liability for any losses or damages resulting from trading decisions made in reliance on backtesting results;
(g) You should never rely solely on backtesting results when making trading decisions, and you should always consider backtesting as one of many factors in your overall trading analysis.
HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER: HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. (d) Require or request API keys, passwords, private keys, or other credentials that would grant us access to your exchange accounts or wallets;
(e) Provide automated trading, algorithmic execution, or copy-trading services.
You maintain full and exclusive control over your funds, assets, and trading accounts at all times. All trade executions must be performed manually by you through your own exchange or broker account. We have no involvement in, and assume no responsibility for, the execution, settlement, or custody of your trades.
The Service may rely on third-party data providers, exchanges, brokers, and service providers for market data, price quotes, execution services, and other functionalities. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for:
(a) The accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of third-party data;
(b) The performance, availability, security, or functionality of third-party platforms;
(c) Any interruptions, outages, errors, delays, or data inaccuracies caused by third-party providers;
(d) Any losses, damages, or adverse consequences resulting from your use of or reliance on third-party services.
You acknowledge that third-party services are subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, and disclaimers, and you agree to review and comply with such terms.
The Company is not a licensed financial institution, registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, fund manager, custodian, or regulated financial services provider in any jurisdiction. The Company does not hold, and has not applied for, any license, registration, authorization, or permit to provide financial advice, investment advice, portfolio management, or any other regulated financial service under the laws of any country, state, territory, or regulatory jurisdiction worldwide.
The Service is provided solely as a technology platform offering algorithmically generated analytical tools, informational content, and educational materials related to financial markets. Nothing in the Service, including any trading recommendations, market analysis, statistical metrics, performance data, or educational content, shall be construed as the provision of regulated financial services, personalized investment advice, or any activity requiring licensing or registration under applicable securities, commodities, banking, or financial services laws.
You acknowledge and understand that the absence of regulatory oversight means that (a) there is no governmental or regulatory body supervising or monitoring the Company’s operations, services, or business practices; (b) the Company is not subject to the capital adequacy, conduct of business, client money, or reporting requirements that apply to regulated financial firms; (c) you do not benefit from any investor protection scheme, deposit guarantee scheme, compensation fund, or ombudsman service that may be available to clients of regulated financial services firms; and (d) any disputes arising from your use of the Service are subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms set forth in these documents and applicable law, and not to any regulatory complaint or arbitration process administered by a financial regulatory authority.
