Cookie Policy

This Policy covers voxum.net, provided by Voxum Software Technology - FZCO. It supplements the Privacy Policy and explains browser storage and the site's own analytics.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small records stored by your browser and potentially sent to the site with requests. localStorage keeps settings between visits; sessionStorage keeps them within a tab or session. Their lifetimes differ: closing a tab does not clear all persistent storage.
A visitor identifier can link events between visits. Together with an IP address and browser information, it can be personal data even without a name.

voxum-vid with a hyphen and voxum_vid with an underscore are different records. Cookie lifetimes may restart on a new permitted referral visit. Browsers may remove records sooner.
3. Necessary preferences and optional analytics
Saving your decision, language and theme implements your requested site preferences. Our analytics and referral identifiers are enabled after permission for optional technologies.
We do not use Google Analytics on these pages. Absence of an external analytics tracker does not mean that infrastructure needed to deliver and protect the site processes no IP addresses. Refusing analytics does not block the documents or main content.
4. Events and purposes
With permission, analytics may record the page, referral source and campaign tags, clicks, section views, scroll depth, time on page, language, theme, device type, IP address and browser information. This helps us understand and improve the site. We do not describe these records as fully anonymous.
Permitted referral tracking records the invitation code, visit and download link. Registration may be attributed through an exact code or a probable IP match to a visit within the preceding 72 hours. Matching IP addresses does not prove an identical device or person.
Server analytics events become eligible for deletion after 365 days; periodic cleanup may add up to 31 days before the next monthly run. Browser-record and server-event retention differ. Account and legally necessary retention are addressed separately in the Privacy Policy.
5. Consent and withdrawal
On your first visit you can accept or reject optional analytics using the banner. Both choices are available. To change your decision, open “Cookie settings” in the site footer; you do not need to accept again.
After refusal or withdrawal, new optional events are not sent, the pending queue is cleared, and analytics and referral identifiers are removed from browser storage accessible to the site. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful; rights concerning previously sent data are handled under the Privacy Policy.
An active Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as refusal of optional analytics. Do Not Track and GPC are different mechanisms. If storage is blocked, you may need to choose again.
6. Browser controls
You can clear site data or restrict cookies and storage in your browser settings. This may reset language, theme and consent preferences. Choices apply to the particular browser and device; other devices require their own choice.
A social-network in-app browser may use separate storage. The same site opened in a regular browser may have different settings.
7. Providers and external sites
Our analytics uses Voxum infrastructure and necessary hosting providers. Fonts or other resources may load from external servers, whose providers receive technical information needed to respond.
App Store, Google Play, Telegram and Discord have their own rules when you visit them. This website Policy does not describe every mobile-app technology; those are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
8. International transfers
Providers may process data outside your country. The Privacy Policy describes applicable grounds and safeguards, including articles 22–23 of UAE Law no. 45 of 2021 and GDPR/UK GDPR transfer rules where applicable. Analytics consent does not waive these safeguards.
9. Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction, deletion and other statutory actions. Cookie consent can be withdrawn directly on the site. For previously stored server data, contact us; we may request information needed to locate the record and verify the request.
You may complain to a competent data-protection authority. These rights are not restricted by a contractual choice of law or court.

11. Changes
The revision date appears above. We give advance notice of material changes, normally 30 calendar days; mandatory legal changes and necessary security measures may apply sooner with an explanation.
Publication alone does not activate a new optional purpose that requires consent. A new choice is requested where necessary. Editorial clarifications that do not disadvantage users may apply upon publication.
12. Languages
Translations are intended to convey the same meaning. No language clause overrides mandatory consumer rights or UAE Arabic-language requirements. Report discrepancies to support.
