Plans: what each includes
Voxum has four plans: Free, Trader, Pro and Black. Free stays free forever. This page contains the complete feature and allowance comparison.

How ads work on Free
On Free, certain actions require watching one ad instead of paying:
- Saving a strategy: each save;
- Starting a backtest: each run after the first five free runs;
- Opening a recommendation: each unlock after two per day. A locked recommendation hides its levels; after you watch the ad, it remains unlocked permanently.
Only a fully watched ad counts. Paid plans have no ads at all.
Trial and subscription management
New subscribers get a 7-day trial, once per account, on any plan. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid.
Subscribe and cancel through the store: App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android. After cancellation, access continues until the paid period ends, then the account returns to Free.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to my strategies when my subscription ends?
They stay in your account. A strategy containing blocks no longer available on your plan cannot run or be edited until you return to a plan that includes them.
Where can I see prices?
On the app's plans screen: Settings → Manage Subscription. The store shows prices for your region.
How do I get a subscription refund?
Refunds are handled by the store where you subscribed. Contact Apple or Google support under their rules.
